Refund policy

1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As a European consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).

• Return Window:  The costumer has 14 days from the day of receiving the ordered goods to notify us of a return.

• Return Shipping Costs: The costumer is responsible for the full cost of return.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture (e.g., custom dimensions, specific colour choices not listed as standard).

Cretura Living is not responsible for defects due to damage caused by improper use or negligence, aesthetic changes and damage due to normal wear and tear. 

Our collections contain imperfections that make our pieces unique and beautiful due to the use of natural products, made by hand and the clear intention of creating perfect imperfections. These imperfections will not be considered as defects regarding potential returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
